John 6:48-58

I.  HE PERMANENTLY SATISFIES YOUR HUNGER--v35
II.  HE ETERNALLY SAVES YOUR LIFE--v50

III.  HE BOLDLY DEMANDS YOUR DEVOTION--v53
In v53-58, Jesus issued a call to total devotion to Him, what did he mean in commanding us to "eat his flesh"?
John 6:56-57 provides the answer...

  1.  To Dwell In Him--v56, John 8:31, John 15:4-5

  2.  To Feed On Him--v57, John 1:4, Colossians 3:4

       v53-58, Jesus demanded total devotion to Him
       His bold demands caused many to turn away--John 6:66
       But Peter recognized his need for the Wonder Bread--John 6:68

                       "I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE"   John 6:48

  JESUS is our Wonder Bread:  The bread sent from heaven for you?
  He offered Himself freely for you..As the Bread, He was baked in the oven for you
  Today, JESUS, the Wonder Bread, demands your total devotion!
