Titus 2:11-15

 I.  Grace brings us into salvation. V.11 
Romans 4:4, Isaiah 64:6, Ephesians 2:8-9 
    • JUSTICE is getting the     that we deserve. 
    • MERCY is     getting the bad that we deserve. 
    • GRACE is getting the     that we do not deserve. 

II. Grace teaches us how to live. V.12 
" ... to say no" ... the Greek here literally means to 'disown'" 
A famous theologian of the 4th century, Chrysostom, said that the 
ungodliness and worldly passions mentioned here were" ... the desire 
or appetite for the things we cannot show God." 
Grace teaches us to disown our sin and behave as if we are always ir 
God's presence. 

III. Grace prepares us for Heaven. V.13
